After Roanne, Paris, New York and Venezuela, Chef Laurent Cantineaux offers multicultural cuisine with French influences and South American flavors while adding local products. On the menu: fish, seafood, pots and salads.

Formerly Mandala, the new restaurant has kept the exceptional, fantastic view over Gustavia harbor and its sunsets. The ambiance is sophisticated, cozy and relaxed, something between a luxury villa and of a living room where close friends hang out. It has an Services kitchen and two bars where you can enjoy a cocktail at sunset.

Annual opening

Dinner from 7pm to 11pm. Lounge from 5:30pm to 1am.

Closed on Monday. Annual closing from September to October.
